拿破蛋糕 [食譜] ~ Strawberry Napoleon [Recipe]





 


材料:

酥皮 (現成)

Frozen puff pastry

一片 1 sheet

清蛋糕片 (現成)

Plain Sponge

一片 1 slice

士多啤梨

Strawberries

已打起的甜忌廉

Whipped Cream

適量

巧克力

Chocolate

適量



製作步驟:

將冷凍酥皮切成所需大小形狀

平舖在焗盤內, 用叉在酥皮上打些小孔

Cut frozen puff pastry into desired size and shape

Spread pastry sheet on baking tray and prick some holes.


放入已預熱致
180 的焗爐, 焗約 15 - 20 分鐘至金黃色
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until pastry layers brown nicely


一層酥皮, 塗一層朱古力/忌廉,

鋪一層蛋糕, 塗一層朱古力/忌廉,
再放一層酥皮, 塗一層朱古力/忌廉,

放一層士多啤梨, 塗一層朱古力/忌廉,

頂層再放一層酥皮, 即成!


Start with one pastry strip at the bottom.

Glue pastry with sponge cake using cream/ chocolate.

Spread a thin layer of cream / chocolate on top of cake

Top with second pastry strip,
then lay out the sliced strawberries

Gently spread with remaining cream / chocolate

Top with final pastry strip;

Garnish with sliced fresh strawberries, if desired.
and... it’s ready to serve!.
