做法 Directions:
1- 先將酵素放入暖水溶解

4- 先壓一壓發酵好的麵團排氣, 然後用麵團棍不斷由內向外推壓至半吋厚

7- 放入已預熱至攝氏180度的焗爐中,焗約 10至 12分鐘,或直至芝士融化,轉金黃色。
