麵粉

Active Dry yeast

番茄醬
4湯匙
Tomato sauce
4 tbsp
意大利混合香草
1 湯匙
Mixed Italian Herbs
1 tbsp
馬蘇里拉芝士,切絲
 
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
 
意大利辣肉腸,切薄片
 
Pepperoni, thinly sliced
 
蘑菇,切片
 
White Button Mushroom, sliced
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
做法 Directions:
 
1-   先將酵素放入暖水溶解
Dissolve the yeast in warm water
2-   加入麵粉, 橄欖油, 鹽 撈勻, 再猜成麵團
Mix in the flour, olive oil, and salt. Knead to form a smooth and elastic dough.
(如果太黏, 便加麵粉, 相反即要加水)
(If the dough seems a little too wet, sprinkle on a bit more flour, vice versa)
 
3-   隔暖水, 將麵團放在碗內, 蓋上濕布發酵約1-2個小時
Place ball of dough in a bowl and cover with wet towel.
Let sit in warm place for 1 to 2 hours.

4-   先壓一壓發酵好的麵團排氣, 然後用麵團棍不斷由內向外推壓至半吋厚
Transfer the dough to a floured surface.
Punch the dough down so it deflates a bit.
Flatten it with your hands/ roller to 1/2-inch thick.


 

5-   先塗一層橄欖油 (防止麵團吸收醬汁水分)
Brush the top of the dough with olive oil (to prevent it from getting soggy from the toppings)

6-   平均塗上番茄醬。灑上芝士,然後,鋪上蘑菇片和意大利辣味香腸
Spoon on the tomato sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and place your desired toppings on the pizza.

7-   放入已預熱至攝氏180度的焗爐中,焗約 10 12分鐘,或直至芝士融化,轉金黃色。
Bake in preheated oven for 10 – 15 minutes, or until the crust is browned and the cheese is golden.
 
 Pizza toppings 的份量很隋意的, 多寡好醜 都可按個人喜好調節 ~
