特別是這個 Tortilla
於是我到處search recipe
又到 "Me"tube 看 tutorial。。。

發現 Spanish Tortilla 的材料、做法都挺簡單
一般餐廳做法是把薯仔炸熟
不過,一方面想食得健康點,
另一方面不想浪費那麼多油,
於是就試試用以下這個少油方法做~
結果。。。我成功了!

主料 (4份):

馬鈴薯

Medium Potatoes, Peeled

2 - 3個

(中等大小),去皮

1/2 - 1個

1-2 tbsp

1. 薯仔切粒* (~半寸厚)Dice potatoes into 1/2 inch thick
2. 洋蔥切粒 (~1/4寸厚)
Peel and chop onion into 1/4 inch pieces

3. 薯仔灼熟, 搾乾水份,備用。
Bring the diced potato to a boil; Simmer till tender;

4. 燒熱平底鑊, 下洋蔥炒香。
原鑊下薯仔, 炒至微微金黃, 備用。
Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion; then sauté till tender.
Add the potato; then cook until thoroughly heated.
Remove from heat, and set aside.

5. 雞蛋和調味料拂勻。
倒入薯仔, 洋蔥。拌均。

6. 燒熱平底鑊 (5-7寸), 下適量橄欖油, 將混合物平均鋪在鑊內, 以中火烘 5 分鐘。
