梳乎厘 [食譜] ~ Soufflé [Recipe]







材料:

(2人份量)

Ingredients:

( Serves 2 )

蛋白


Egg White

2

砂糖

1 湯匙

Sugar

1 tbsp

麵粉

1 湯匙

Plain Flour

1 tbsp

牛奶

5毫升

Milk

50 ml



Directions:



預熱焗爐200 °C

Pre-heat oven to 200°C



牛奶入微波爐丁30秒或煮熱(不要滾),加入已篩好的麵粉攪勻成糊狀。

Heat milk (in microwave) until hot, but not boiling.

Mix well with sieved flour.






蛋白打至起泡,加入2湯匙糖打至企身,加入麵糊中混合。

Beat the egg whites until they peak. Fold the flour mixture into the egg whites.






將麵糊放入焗杯中,約八成滿,入焗爐焗15 - 20分鍾取出,即可享用 

Place mixture in baking dish and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.

Serve Immediately!
