蒸豬肉餅 [食譜] ~ Steamed Pork Cake [Recipe]

Seasonings:




1/2 茶匙

Sugar

1/2 tsp

生粉

1 湯匙

Corn Starch

1 tbsp

生抽

1 湯匙

Light Soy Sauce

1 tbsp


1 湯匙

Water

1 tbsp

麻油

1 湯匙

Sesame Oil

1 tbsp

& 胡淑粉

少許

Salt & Pepper

做法:

Directions:



1.    馬蹄、冬菇、蔥菜 切粒/切絲/切片,用麻油拌勻備用;

Dice/Shred/Slice the Mushrooms, Chinese Water Chestnut, Spring Onion;
Season them with Sesame Oil and set aside.

2.    免治豬肉加入調味料,順一個方面拌勻;醃上半小時

Marinate the Minced Pork with Seasonings, stir in one direction.
Set this aside for at least half an hour.

3.    加入馬蹄粒、冬菇粒、蔥粒 (如有) 拌勻;

Mix with diced Mushrooms, Chinese Water Chestnut, Spring Onion (if any)




 

4.    豬肉放入碟內,蔥菜、冬菇、鹹蛋舖面;

Ladle the pork cake on a plate; decorate with Mushrooms, Salted Eggs, and/or Spring Onion as desired.

5.    隔水蒸 15-20分鐘,即成。
Steam for 15-20 minutes on medium heat or until set.
