製作步驟:
Directions:
(1) 將雞蛋與砂糖放入盆中打勻。加入牛油(溶液)和鮮奶攪拌。
Beat egg with sugar until fluffy. Stir in milk and melted butter.
(2). 把自發粉和鹽篩入,攪拌成幼滑粉漿。
Sift in the flour and salt. Stir the mixture constantly until smooth.
(3) 燒熱平底鍋後*,下一湯勺麵糊**。
Heat a frying pan. Pour a little batter into the pan
(4) 待熱香餅氣泡上升及定形,即可反轉。
Cook until bubbles appear, then flip it over and cook the other side.
貼士:
Tips:
* 平底鍋不要過熱
Avoid over-heating the frying pan.
** 每次倒粉漿進平底鍋前要再把粉漿攪拌一下
Stir the batter every time before pouring into the pan.
