鮮奶木瓜燉蛋
Steam Eggs with Milk in Papaya











材料﹕

(二人份量)

Ingredients:

(Serves 2)

木瓜

1

Papaya

1

冰糖

2湯匙

Crystal Sugar

2 tbsp/ to your taste

鮮奶

1杯

Milk

1 cup


1

Egg White

1






做法﹕

Method:



木瓜洗淨,從頂部切開呈一盅形,去核 

用匙刮去果肉備用 

Wash and dry the papaya off. Cut the papaya in half lengthwise. Discard the seeds in the centre of the papaya halves. Scoop out the flesh of the fruit and set aside.





將冰糖加入鮮奶煮溶,放涼 

Dissolve crystal sugar in heated milk, remove from heat and set aside.






鮮奶倒入己拂好的蛋白中

Beat egg white thoroughly. Pour in the milk and stir constantly.






蛋白鮮奶過

Sieve the mixture.




拌入木瓜肉
Mix in papaya flesh.

 




將鮮奶舀入木瓜中,覆上保鮮紙,隔水燉15分鐘即成 

Pour the mixture into the papaya halves. Cover with foil and steam for 15 minutes.


不用木瓜亦可

Steam Egg White with Milk ALONE!!!



Done! Serve Hot!!!
