Step 1: 做燙麵麵團 Make the dough
將一茶匙糖,鹽加入中筋麵粉
Season the flour with salt and sugar
倒入熱水攪拌後,分次加入冷水,攪拌成團。

放到桌上揉成團, 塗上油讓燙麵麵團靜置30分鐘

2:
麵糰分割成6份

抹上油後,把麵團揉成長條狀,再桿平

撒上蔥花/芝麻,卷成螺旋狀,成長條狀,然後卷起來

靜置10分鐘,再捍成圓餅狀。

用平底鍋稍微煎到雙面金黃。
