葡撻[食譜] ~ Pastéis de Nata (Portuguese Egg Tarts) [Recipe]

Directions:
撻底Make the CRUST ~
(I ‘m using homemade short
crust pastry this time)
麵團解凍捍平,切成圓片
放入模內由中心向外按,擴展成下圖,備用

餡料Make the CUSTARD ~
將栗粉、糖、雞蛋、忌廉和鮮奶打勻

用中火煮蛋汁。不斷攪拌,至變稠。離火。

轉到一個碗裡。蓋上蓋子,放涼。

Assemble and bake the pastries ~
倒入蛋漿至8成滿
