馬介休乾買回來先浸軟, 視乎魚身有多厚, 浸一至兩日不等
Soak the salted cod in water for 1-2 days, depending on its thickness

馬介休浸好後便灑上胡椒粉去腥味
Coat the cod with a thin layer of pepper to remove fishy smell.

大鍋中放水, 冷水下雞蛋. 水沸後轉關火下馬介休及甘筍.
五至十分鍾後把雞蛋和馬介休盛起, 去骨, 備用

Sauté the onions and garlic slices in olive oil. Set aside.

把馬介休放在蔬菜上面再澆上<步驟6.>的橄欖油
Preheat the oven to 200 º C. Place the cod in the center of the vegetables.
Pour flavoured olive oil from over the cod.
