製作步驟:
Directions:
(1) 將雞蛋與砂糖放入盆中打勻。加入牛油(溶液)和鮮奶攪拌。

with sugar until fluffy. Stir in melted butter, milk and.champagne
(2). 把自發粉和鹽篩入,攪拌成幼滑粉漿。
Sift in
the flour and salt. Stir the mixture constantly until smooth.
(3) 燒熱窩夫機後,將麵糊倒入。
Heat the waffle iron. Pour batter into the iron.
(4) 窩夫焗致金黃色**,即可。
Cook the waffles until golden and crisp..
