地中海 庫斯庫斯 [食譜] ~ Mediterranean Couscous [Recipe]

全麥couscous
1
whole wheat couscous
1 cup
洋蔥 (切碎)

Onion (chopped)
1 cup
蒜蓉

Garlic (minced)
2 cloves
橄欖油
1 茶匙
Olive oil
1 tsp
孜然
1/2 茶匙
ground cumin
1/2 tsp
雞湯 / 蔬菜湯

chicken broth / vegetable broth
1 cup
番茄

Tomatoes
1 cup
鮮芫荽 (切碎)
2 湯匙
fresh cilantro (chopped)
2 tbsp
香草

步驟 Directions:

1.        橄欖油爆香洋蔥和大蒜
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until tender.
2.       拌入孜然, 香草和辣椒粉 (如有),煮1分鐘
Stir in cumin, herbs, and chili powder (if any), and cook for 1 minute.
3.      倒入湯,芫荽,番茄和其他蔬菜,煮滾
Add broth, veggies, tomato and cilantro, and bring to a boil.

4.       拌入couscous, 蓋上蓋子,離火
Stir in couscous, cover and remove from heat.
5.       靜置5分鐘
Let stand for 5 minutes.
6.       上菜前用叉弄鬆
Fluff with a fork before serving.
