步驟 Directions:
1.
橄欖油爆香洋蔥和大蒜
Saute onion and garlic in
olive oil over medium heat until tender.
2.
拌入孜然, 香草和辣椒粉 (如有),煮1分鐘
Stir in cumin, herbs, and chili powder (if any), and cook for 1 minute.
3.
倒入湯,芫荽,番茄和其他蔬菜,煮滾
4.
拌入couscous, 蓋上蓋子,離火
Stir in couscous, cover
and remove from heat.
5.
靜置5分鐘
Let stand for 5 minutes.
6.
上菜前用叉弄鬆
Fluff with a fork before
serving.
