做法:

Wash rice

十六, 紅蘿, 蝦米, 海帶, 蔥煮

Steam rice with grains. Add carrots, dried shrimp, kelp, and spring onion.

飯煮好後用湯匙拌鬆, 黑蒜油和海

Fluff steamed rice, stir in sea salt and black garlic oil

保鮮袋反轉套著一隻手

Wrap one hand with plastic wrap.

飯放進保鮮袋填滿手心

Fill one hand with steamed rice

把肉放於飯中,將飯完全覆蓋材料,

Make a hollow in the center of the steamed rice

and put 1 tablespoon of meat floss there.




用手握成飯

Wrap the steam rice in the plastic wrap and press into desired shape.

沾上紫菜

Wrap the dried seaweed around the rice ball.

Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
