泡菜煎餅 [食譜] ~ Kimchee Pancake [Recipe]

材料:
Ingredients:
( 1 Serving )
韓國泡
Kimchee
200g
Plain Flour
100g
Eggs
2
Salt
1/4 tsp
胡椒
Pepper
1/4 tsp
Sugar
1/4 tsp
Sesame Oil
1 tsp



 Directions:

泡菜切細
Cut kimchee into small pieces





將麵粉,蛋,調味及泡菜混合拌
Mix all ingredients together




於易潔鑊中燒熱少許油,倒入蛋漿煎成餅
Ladle batter in greased frying pan.
Fry until set and flip.




Serve and enjoy!
