做法:
Directions:
將牛油、黃糖打成忌廉狀,加入雞蛋及巧克力溶液打勻
Cream together the butter, brown sugar until well blended.
加入麵粉、泡打粉、梳打粉及鹽拌勻
Sift and stir in the flour, baking soda and salt until just blended.
Mix in chocolate chips, nuts, and/or dried fruit at wish.
將麵團分成12份
Divide the dough into 12 portions
用200度焗10分鐘
Bake in preheated 200 C oven for 10 minutes or until the edges are slightly toasted.
