木糠布甸 Serradura

材料 Ingredients (~8 杯 cups)︰
瑪莉餅  marie biscuits           150g淡忌廉  whipping cream         500ml煉奶    condensed milk          75g
朱古力  chocolate (optional)   trade off with condensed milk
雲呢哪  vanilla (optional)

Step 1:
先以攪拌機打碎瑪莉餅,備用。blend biscuits till fine.Set aside.


Step 2 :
將忌廉打勻至企身,
其間拌入煉奶,拌勻後放入唧袋中 。
Whip cream till soft peaks form, add condensed milk and continue whipping till it gets a stiff peak .Transfer the cream into a piping bag.

Step 3 :

將餅碎鋪在底層,然後唧上忌廉,再鋪上一層餅碎,如是者。[ 餅碎  > 忌廉 > 餅碎 忌廉 > ... > 餅碎 ]Sprinkle a layer of biscuit in the vessel then pipe a layer of cream on top. Repeat until vessel is filled.


Step 4 :
放進冰箱 ( >2 hours)
Place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
