步驟
Directions
Stage 1
請按照包裝上的建議配方混合所有食材
Mix all ingredients
based on the formula recommended
(但我不聽話以牛奶代水)(I add milk instead of water)
Stage 2
搓揉麵團直至光滑不黏手
Knead until you have a
silky and non-sticky dough
Stage 3
用保鮮紙蓋好麵團, 擺放20分鐘
Cover the dough with
cling film or plastic wrap, and leave it to rest for 20 minutes.
Stage 4
將麵團調整至所需形狀;
放於烤盤, 待發酵至2 - 2.5倍體積
Shape the dough as
required. Place onto baking tray, leave it to prove until it has doubled in
size.
Stage 5
放入已預熱至 200∘C 的焗爐內烘烤 10-15 分鐘
Bake for 10-15 minutes in an oven preheated 200∘C

味道挺香, 質地也很軟
如果不是經常自家製麵包的話,
買這種premix粉是挺方便的
特別是這些有好幾種穀類的, 那就不用特地買又用不完
總而言之是懶惰的人的恩物
另外這篇食譜是跟包裝後面的說明寫的
只有一丁點兒的改動 ... ...
