Directions
煮熟薏米,
放涼
Boil
the Coix Seed until just cooked.
Rinse
with cold water, drain well.
拌入其餘材料 並以鹽和胡椒調味
放進雪櫃冷凍最少兩小時.
Add
the remaining ingredients and mix well until combined.
Season with salt and pepper to your liking, and
refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
可拌以其他蔬菜進食
Serve over a bed of mixed greens or more veggies
好怕食feta cheese架我, 所以從來唔會叫greek salad呢

刪除自己整就可以將d feta 切粒, 唔鍾意食可以夾走
