果仁脆餅[食譜] ~ Florentine [Recipe]

混合麵粉, 香料(如有), 乾果肉及果仁碎。
Mix flour and spices (if using) with dried fruits
and nuts until all the fruit and nuts are coated with the flour.
把牛油加熱。拌入蜂蜜,糖。糖溶解時,加入乾果肉及果仁碎攪拌,直到混合物變稠(約3分鐘)。
In a
saucepan, melt butter. Stir in honey, sugar. Once the sugar has dissolved, mix
in the fruit and nuts. Stir constantly to combine, and cook over medium until
the mixture thickens (~3 minutes).
將麵糰平鋪在烤盤。在已預熱180C烤箱烤10至20分鐘,或直到金黃色。
Spread into baking sheets, smoothing the top. Bake
in the preheated 180C oven for 10 to20 minutes, or until golden brown.
從烤箱中取出,放涼。
Remove from oven and let cool.
