Directions:
先把馬鈴薯洗淨,抹乾水分。
Scrub the potatoes
clean and pat them dry
如切片般切馬鈴薯,留下底部附著。
Cut each potato into
1/2-cm. slices, leaving slices attached at the bottom.
混合調味料, 掃上馬鈴薯表面。
Combine the oil and seasonings; brush / drizzle over potatoes.
置在焗盤上。放入已預熱至180C的焗爐中焗熟,約60分鐘。
Place on baking tray, and bake in
preheated 180C oven for around 60 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remarks:
在底部多切幾下, 味道更均勻~
巧特別既做法, 比禾就一定加大量bacon一齊食 wakakkaaa肥死罷就呀.
