懶惰麵包 [食譜] ~ Lazy Bread [Recipe]



材料:
(可製作約400克麵包)
Ingredients:
(for baking a 400g loaf)
預拌粉
250 (1)
Premix
250 g (1 bag)

- 小麥麵粉
- 小麥
- 燕麥
- 葵花籽
- 黑麥
- 黑芝麻

-          Wheat Flour
-          Wheat
-          Oatmeal
-          Sunflower Seed
-          Rye
-          Black Sesame
-          Salt
-          Sugar
酵母
2.5 (半包)
Yeast
2.5 g (half pack)
140 ml
Water
140 ml
牛油
12.5
Butter
12.5 g

步驟
Directions

Stage 1
請按照包裝上的建議配方混合所有食材 
Mix all ingredients based on the formula recommended
 
(但我不聽話以牛奶代水)(I add milk instead of water)  

  

Stage 2
搓揉麵團直至光滑不黏手
Knead until you have a silky and non-sticky dough


  
Stage 3
用保鮮紙蓋好麵團, 擺放20分鐘
Cover the dough with cling film or plastic wrap, and leave it to rest for 20 minutes.

  
Stage 4
將麵團調整至所需形狀;
放於烤盤, 待發酵至2 - 2.5倍體積
Shape the dough as required. Place onto baking tray, leave it to prove until it has doubled in size.

  
Stage 5
放入已預熱至 200的焗爐內烘烤 10-15 分鐘
Bake for 10-15 minutes in an oven preheated 200C

如果不是經常自家製麵包的話,
買這種premix粉是挺方便的
特別是這些有好幾種穀類的那就不用特地買又用不完
總而言之是懶惰的人的恩物
