果仁脆餅[食譜] ~ Florentine [Recipe]

Candied & Chopped fruit
(Plum, Cranberry)

Honey

Granulated Sugar (Brown/White)

Butter
25 g

All purpose flour

香料粉(肉桂粉)
Ground Spice (Cinnamon)

混合麵粉, 香料(如, 乾果肉
Mix flour and spices (if using) with dried fruits and nuts until all the fruit and nuts are coated with the flour.

把牛加熱。拌入蜂蜜,糖。糖溶解時,加入乾果肉,直到混合物變稠(約3分鐘)。
In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in honey, sugar. Once the sugar has dissolved, mix in the fruit and nuts. Stir constantly to combine, and cook over medium until the mixture thickens (~3 minutes).


將麵平鋪烤盤。在已預熱180C烤箱烤1020分鐘,或直到金黃色。
Spread into baking sheets, smoothing the top. Bake in the preheated 180C oven for 10 to20 minutes, or until golden brown. 


從烤箱中取出,放涼。
Remove from oven and let cool.
