中東豆丸子[食譜] ~ Falafel [Recipe]

檸檬汁

Lemon Juice

Olive oil

芫茜(切碎)

Fresh Parsley (chopped)

薑黃粉
1茶匙
Turmeric
1 tsp
紅椒粉
1茶匙
Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp
孜然
1茶匙
Cumin
1 tsp
鹽和胡椒
調味
Salt & Pepper
To taste
發粉
1茶匙
Baking Powder
1 tsp

Step 1: 

把煮熟且瀝乾的鷹嘴豆, 洋蔥和馬鈴薯放進攪拌器打碎
Put the cooked and drained chickpeas, onion, and potato in a food processor and pulse mixture until coarsely grind.



 Step 2:

 加入其餘材料和香料, 奉入鹽和胡椒調味, 再把材料打溶
Add the remaining falafel ingredients, spices and herbs; Season with salt and pepper; Process until the mixture is pureed.

  
Step 3:
把麵團做成所需形狀
Form the falafel mixture into desired shape.

  
Step 4:
放進已預熱至200C 的烤箱烤大約25分鐘
Bake falafel in preheated 200 C oven for ~25 minutes.

  
Falafel 可以當頭盤/小食, 更可拌以鮮茄、生菜、Tahini sauce, 夾在Pita Bread裏成方便的主食
Falafel can be served as an appetizer / snack.
As an alternative, stuff pita bread with Falafels, tomatoes, lettuce, and tahini, and serve as a main course.
