芝麻抓餅[食譜] ~ Sesame Grab Pastries [Recipe]

1茶匙

1 tsp

燙麵麵:

Dough:

中筋麵粉
250
All-purpose Flour
250 g
熱水
50 ml
Boiling Water
50 ml
冷水
50 ml
Cold Water
50 ml
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
1 tsp
Sugar
1 tsp

Step 1: 做燙麵麵團 Make the dough
將一茶匙糖,鹽加入中筋麵粉
Season the flour with salt and sugar




倒入熱水攪拌後,分次加入冷水,攪拌成團。
Pour in boiling water, combine, then gradually stir in cold water to combine.
放到桌上揉成團, 塗上油讓燙麵麵團靜置30分鐘
Knead until dough is formed. Brush with oil and set aside for 30 minutes.



Step 2:
麵糰分割成6
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces..



抹上油後,把麵團揉成長條狀,再桿
Grease the dough, then roll it out into rectangle.



撒上蔥花/芝麻,卷成螺旋,成長條狀,然後卷起來
Sprinkle spring onion and/or sesame on the surface. Then roll into a cylinder




 Step 3:


靜置10分鐘,再捍成圓餅狀。
Set aside for 10 minutes, flatten the dough into circle



用平底鍋稍微煎到雙面金黃
Place the buns in greased skillet, and fry until both sides of buns turned golden brown.
