步驟:
Directions:

Stage 1:
外皮Make the COVER




外皮的材料混合成麵團。
Combine the ingredients for the cover to form a dough.
放到桌上揉成團, 塗上油讓麵團靜置15分鐘
Knead until dough is formed. Brush with oil and set aside for 15 minutes.

麵糰分割成12
Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces.



抹上油後,把麵團揉成長條狀,再桿平
Grease the dough, then roll it out into rectangle.
麵團像扇子折成長條狀,然後卷起來,靜置15分鐘
Fold the dough like a fan. Then roll into a cylinder and set aside for another 15 minutes.




Stage 2:
準備餡料
Prepare Fillings

將材料切粒
Cut the ingredients into small cubes.





將餡料醃好, 炒至乾身熟透。起鍋待用。
Season and stir fry the ingredients for the filling in order to cook and remove excessive moisture. Remove from heat and set aside.

 




Stage 3:
包咖哩角
Wrap Samosas





把麵團捍成圓餅狀。
Flatten the dough into circle

麵餅卷成圓錐,用餡料填滿, 封口
Make a cone out of the flattened dough
Stuff the cone with the fillings.
Make sure the edges are tightly sealed

Deep fry / Shallow fry the Samosas at your wish
