希臘式薏米沙拉 [食譜] ~ Greek-Style Coix Seed Salad [Recipe]




材料:

希臘羊奶酪

Greek feta (crumbled/diced)

橄欖(切片)

Kalamata Olives (sliced)

平葉菠菜(切碎)

Flat-leaf Spinach (chopped finely)
20 g
青瓜(切粒)

Cucumber(diced)
20 g
蕃茄(切粒)

Tomatoes (diced)
20 g
新鮮蒔蘿
2 湯匙
Fresh Dill
2 tbsp
蒜蓉
2 茶匙
Garlic (minced)
2 tsp
檸檬汁
2 湯匙
Lemon Juice
2 tbsp
白酒醋
2 湯匙
White Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp
橄欖油
2 湯匙
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp
香草, &胡椒
隨意
Herbs, Salt & Pepper
To Taste

Directions

煮熟薏米, 放涼
Boil the Coix Seed until just cooked.
Rinse with cold water, drain well.
 
拌入其餘材料 並以鹽和胡椒調味
放進雪櫃冷凍最少兩小時.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well until combined.
Season with salt and pepper to your liking, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 

可拌以其他蔬菜進食
Serve over a bed of mixed greens or more veggies

  1. 好怕食feta cheese架我, 所以從來唔會叫greek salad呢

    1. 有時出面食ge greek salad 會將 feta 弄碎, 想整走都唔得
      自己整就可以將d feta 切粒, 唔鍾意食可以夾走
