Truffle Scrambled Egg

雞蛋
Eggs

黑松露
Black Truffle
50 g
忌廉
Cream
50 ml
牛油
Butter
10 g
& 胡椒粉
Salt & Pepper
To taste





步驟:
Directions:

黑松露 / 備用
Cut the Truffles into fine cubes/ slices.
Set Aside

雞蛋, 忌廉, 鹽和胡椒 混合
Whisk together the eggs and cream.
Season with salt and pepper.

炒锅热, 放入炒至半熟
Heat a frying pan with butter, pour in the egg mixture.
Gently fold over medium heat.

加入切碎的松露再略為拌抄
Sprinkle on the top the truffle, take the eggs off the heat and stir occasionally.

放上己烘熱的麵包 即可
Pile the scrambled egg onto the bread.
