 準備蕃薯餡
Prepare the Fillings



蕃薯去皮壓成茸
Remove skin and mash the sweet potato


加入吉士拌勻
Stir in the custard

組裝 麵團 餡料
Assemble the dough and fillings

麵團 & 蕃薯餡 分成4-6
Divide the dough and fillings into 4-6 portions





用按平的麵團包裹蕃薯餡
Flatten the dough and wrap up the fillings

造型, 發酵, 烘焙
