Salt
1/2 tsp
泡打粉

Baking Soda

檸檬

Lemon (to make the following: )

-          檸檬
5湯匙
-          Lemon Juice
5 tbsp
-          檸檬皮蓉
1湯匙
-          Lemon Zest
1 tbsp

做法:
Directions:

將牛油、黃糖打成忌廉狀,加入檸檬打勻
Cream together the butter, brown sugar until light and creamy.
Beat in the lemon juice until well blended.







加入麵粉、栗粉杏仁、泡打粉 鹽拌勻
Sift and stir in the flour, corn flour, ground almond, baking soda and salt.
Mix in chocolate chips, nuts, and/or dried fruit at wish.







將麵團分成20, 弄成球型
Divide the dough into 20 portions

壓扁麵團球至半厘米厚
Flatten the balls of dough to half a cm thick





200度焗20分鐘
Bake in preheated 200 C oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
