朱古力花生醬雲石蛋糕 [食譜] ~
Chocolate Peanut Butter
Marble Cake [Recipe]

材料(8份量)
Ingredients: (Serves 8)

麵粉
Plain Flour
200 g
發粉
Baking Powder
1 tsp
Milk
50 ml
牛油
Butter
150 g
Eggs
3
Caster Sugar
100 g
黃糖
Brown Sugar
100 g
Salt
1/4 tsp
花生醬
Peanut Butter
100 g
可可粉
Cocoa Powder
1tbsp

製作步驟
Directions:

將牛油、糖打成忌廉狀,加入花生醬打勻
Cream together the butter, brown sugar until light and creamy.
Beat in the peanut butter until well blended.

加入已篩過之麵粉發粉,快速攪拌至材料混合成麵
Add the sieved flour, baking powder, salt, and milk all at once; stir vigorously a dough is formed
蛋分三次加入麵糰中
Beat in the eggs, 1 at a time




用攪拌機慢速攪至順滑
Beat until shiny and pastry holds its shape when lifted.

將麵糊平均分成2份, 其中一份加入可可粉, 做成朱古力麵糊。
Divide the mixture into two equal portions. Stir the cocoa powder into one portion.



用湯匙將麵糊梅花間竹地盛入焗模中,然後再用湯匙在麵糊中繞一圈
Take 2 spoons and use them to ladle the two cake mixes into the tin alternately. Use the spoon to swirl around the mixture in the tin to create a marbled effect.



放入已預熱至180度焗爐中焗40-60分鐘 即成
Bake in preheated 180 degree C oven for 40-60 minutes.
