Ad Hoc Club (11): 迷你芝士焗蛋批[食譜] ~ Mini Quiche [Recipe]

做法:
Directions:
1.      餡料切小粒,備用
Finely chop the ingredients for the filling. Set aside



2. 
煙肉洋蔥爆香, 加入菠菜蘑菇煮熟
  Saute bacon and onion, add spinach and mushroom to cook
 



 3.

拌入鮮奶、、芝士、鹽及胡椒粉, 煮沸, 放涼
Stir in cream and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and let cool.


 4.

將雞蛋和鮮奶打勻;亦可留起蛋黃備用
Beat the eggs with milk (Can save the egg yolks for an extra recipe twist)

 5.

蛋液加入拌勻
Combine the egg mixture with the cream mixture.



 6.

在批模上塗上薄薄一層牛油,倒入餡料,然後灑上芝士碎
Layer the muffin tray with the crust, then pour the egg mixture on top




 7.

入已預熱180 C焗爐焗 30-35 分鐘 或至表面金黃色,即成
Bake in preheated 180 C oven for 30 to 35 minutes until the egg mixture is set.
